People are STILL complaining about Spyro’s design since 2011?! It’s improved in the later Skylanders games, especially in the Academy TV series (he was also going to look much worse in the cancelled Spyro’s Kingdom…). Honestly, people should just be happy that Spyro is still relevant in the gaming industry thanks to Skylanders and not went through a 6-8 year hiatus like poor Crash did. Besides, now that Crash returned and did well in the N. Sane Trilogy, it’s highly possible we may get remastered classics of the originals, so Spyro’s not dead… never was either.

Some games don’t fit that criteria; Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Trilogy, but some do: PMS for the 3DS. :T

There’s no legitimate reason why certain instances of triple-A dross should have high figures. However, no reviewer can efficiently convince a billion morons not to buy Pokémon (of which I’m. lel )

Sorry, I’m just tired of people refusing to take their nostalgia goggles off when it comes to Spyro. And Crash.

Why not state that Spike is an older character than Spyro? Or at least the character Spike in general.
 
Also it kinda messes with the inspiration since they’re using the Skylanders design. over the PS One design.

Also….that’s supposed to be Spyro?? Man what’s with characters looking alot differently from when they started? Although he’s not as bad as Crash Bandicoot.

Well, it’s doing excellently with kids, the target audience. So sorry, but Skylanders ain’t going anywhere anytime soon.
 
Seriously, let go of the past. The Spyro you knew and loved is GONE. Yes, it sucks. But whining isn’t going to make you go back in time to change the past.
