But people hated Meghan McCarthy, Josh Haber, Nicole Dubuc, Joanna Lewis and Kristine Songco.
Mostly McCarthy and Haber because people can’t accept change due to how its written differently from Faust and Renzetti. Why say no?

@Ebalosus
in fairness opinions can change over time it’s just very suspicious when they change when something new comes out.
I’ve already seen some people expecting fans to claim they liked kingdom of the crystal skull when the next film comes out
As I recall a common one was the game’s graphics. I also remember one about the game not having voice acting despite when literally the first thing that game does is voice acted cutscene
Even BOTW still has some detractors.
Oh
Well, for the longest time, the Legend of Zelda series has had a fanbase that dislikes the most recent main release, and praises whatever release came before, even if they disliked it initially.
Majora’s Mask was criticized for being too weird, nebulous, and derivative of Ocarina of Time, but now it’s a cult classic for its surreal atmosphere and mature themes.
The Wind Waker was blasted for being too cartoony on modern hardware, but the graphics have aged extremely well and now the game is praised for its surprisingly nuanced setting and story.
Twilight Princess was written off as a shallow copy of Ocarina of Time, and the wolf transformation mechanic was considered obtrusive, but people have come around to the game for its fantastic dungeons and, once again, a dark and surreal setting. Plus, everyone loves Midna.
Skyward Sword is still contentious for its linearity, overbearing tutorial and dependence on the Wii Remote Plus, but I hear more and more praise for its graphics, story, and expressive incarnation of Link.
Breath of the Wild blew pretty much everyone out of the water right out the game, so it’s the exception to the rule, probably because it’s so different from everything that came before.

What that
And whatever comes next will turn people around to whatever they last hated, then something else will come along that makes fans like whatever came before that… I call it the Zelda effect.

Honestly yep
It’s becoming more true by the day. I’m seeing people putting S6 and S7 in the ‘good’ camp these days, and in a couple more years I expect to see them put the entirety of G4 in the ‘good’ camp; like how Trekkers now like Voyager and Enterprise, or how Star Wars fans like the prequels.
Yep
Every single last one of them is divided in half. Just like this nation
Yep like fnaf that’s I used to be
@ACApenetrator50
It’s not just this fandom, all of the fandom are like this.
Yep
Actually, no. The show went on for years after Renzetti left, which I’m glad about since I felt Renzetti was a terrible story editor.
@Supes
Yeah, same here.
@TheMasterEraser
Personally, I absolutely hated the first two seasons. They were terrible, especially season two. My God, what a completely forgettable season that was.
@Psyga315
It ending has nothing to do with fandom drama.
@MegaAnimationFan
Actually, no, it’s not.

I learned how to do it
Be quick enough and the edit is there.
I’m not smart enough to know how to do that
Editing is a thing
Yes. I forgot to add that into the first one
