Agreed with Ryuspike… it should say:  
“Hindquarters: toned and powerful. TOO powerful. Warning: under absolutely NO circumstances let her sit on anything more brittle than reinforced concrete. Her rear cheeks are known to be able to shatter wood easily.”

The “Derpy” model pony was originally designed as part of a series of gernerics to compliment the “mane 6” line for marketng. However through a series errors, the first production model proved defective with disjointed eyes. The public, interstingly took this accident as a style point which set this model apart just as much as the mane 6. The company later decided to stick with the defect and proceeded to let images of it leak into consumer circles. However, when the full production model was released, the quality control board noted serveral minor breaches in safety protocal and maintenance warranting a mass recall. This did not sit well with consumers and resulted in a massed backlash which resulted in both a suspension of recall as well as the model being discontinued until further notice.
