Probably~ an SNES since the cartridge’s title is in English, but whatever.
 
Hate to be Nintenpicky here, but actually alot of European, and Japanese versions of games do have english text titles both on the cartridge/boxart, and in-game title screen.
 
In fact, Super Mario World’s title screen is in english, even in Japan, and the original Super Mario Bros. has no Japanese text in it, at all.

Actually, that could be an European SNES. You can’t tell if it that or a Super Famicon, because the artist left out the text on the front and controllers.
