Agreed.
I find it very fascinating, pony culture. <3 I love how in this episode they explore the Dragon culture as well and although the dragons maybe be usually self-centered they do have a concept of what an asshole is and not to be that. XD

It also seems to be strangely context-specific, given that they’re perfectly fine with going around stark naked for the majority of their daily lives but only become modest and embarrassed when they or someone else is clothed.
Overall, it seems to be something along the lines of
->Public nudity: perfectly normal everyday behavior.
->Full clothing: also fine in most contexts.
->Full or partial clothing in certain specific situations: this is where they start getting modest.
