How about practicing with only the boobs, only the ass, or only the belly first and then adding them together? Try making a flat belly round first.
Aww, that’s taking part of the fun but I start to thinking about it.

When the belly is too flat first I have to make the process between fit to fat. If you can notice in the last frame she almost has a round belly, in this point when I continue with this, I don’t think to make the form of the belly
Let me suggest something.
Since there are some are into it, would you try making a simple curve on the belly?
I assume a single curve would be easier than folds, no?
do that and multiply it by about 10.
