I understand loneliness can lead to something like self advertising, but if people really want to see these two they can just use tags to look for them.
 
For example, I hate self advertisement so much that I’m not even doing it. And you can definitely find people that like your art without it, take me as an example. :p

I wasn’t really TRYING to do a shameless self promotion but I was giving a recommendation because they said they liked gallbar content so I mentioned that I had made some… I guess self advertising(intentional or not) is kind of a habit formed from loneliness… kind of a version of saying “NOTICE ME!!” I mean I do like making art because it makes me happy but I also want to share that art and happiness with as many people as possible which is why I got really giddy with excitement when my first sfm pic I uploaded quickly became my most liked pic… I mean the main reason I think for the self advertisement is because the more people know about my artwork the more people can appreciate it and enjoy it and the more people I bring a smile to and brighten their day
