Also, the mentioned part of russian language IS NOT that hard to learn since it makes sense for a foreigner. It describes suffixes that are pretty close to grammar articles by their purpose.
 
There are more evil parts that make completely no purpose except rules happened to be so and russian language is extremely conservative about following those rules.

Well, learning a language through study is difficult by nature. Especially in languages that are more different than your own. Russian is easy for Ukrainian, but not for Chinese or American.
