Looking through my old sketches from a few years back, I discovered this one and recalled how it had been somewhat of as commission for someone who wanted Flutteshy and Rainbow Dash in costume for Nightmare Night. I went all out on thinking about what they could dress up as, and went with two things I’ve seen during that year: Angelina Jolie’s Maleficent, and Big Hero 6. I spent a great deal of time with the sketching and was very proud of how it turned out.
 
However, after finishing the sketch and preparing to go through coloring it, the guy changed his mind, I was pissed off (I never got paid by the way), and the sketch had been left in a pile of other forgotten drawings and old homework I haven’t sorted through since then. Well, just last week I found this, and decided to finish it for my sake, and because it’s almost Halloween.
 
So Fluttershy is dressed as Angelina Jolie’s Maleficent and Rainbow Dash is dressed as armored Baymax. I’m proud of this.
