I don’t think she’s evil. Not exactly. Childish and selfish, lacking in empathy, yes. She has made very poor choices, yes. And all of this is bad but not so uncommon IRL that I can call her a monster. And maybe she’s capable of learning to be a better person.
We aren’t born virtuous. We have to learn. Certainly her origins and background are far outside human norms–I’m a little surprised she’s doing this good a job of simulating normal human behavior.
I can be disappointed with her but not want to hate her. Maybe she will learn something from this. Maybe.
She depends too much in Adagio and Aria, and as such she can’t proccess things outside of her tiny world.
Hell, she could still have kids by having irresponsible sex if weren’t for Adagio and Aria’s intervention.
@Twi_Clown
There is no excusing her behavior. I’m simply saying that nothing in her centuries of immortality would have made her do any soul-searching to even attempt to find out what is wrong with her.
I want to kill you, Sonata gold digger Dusk. After what you did to that little girl and your other kids, I want to knock you out and then bite your belly open. Then I’ll bite your face off. Then I’ll drag your corpse behind a vehicle until it completely falls apart. Fucking bitch.
Relax, everyone. I adore Sonata. Just not this one.
@Otterhand
Why would it? She’s been an immortal teenager who has sex whenever she wants and feeds off misery. What part of that leads to self-reflection?
Well, she was quite literally a monster, now she’s just a sociopath.

That sounds like a lot of damage control to do.
For all we know she totally has and they don’t know about it.

Not a good excuse when her partners were kinda the same as your description and yet they are far more responsible for all their issues.

That’s hoping for a lot if it hasn’t sank in on her the pass couple millenniums…
