I mean, Cloudy and Igneous had four kids with three pregnancies. And, they clearly very much cared for each other when describing the choosing stone in the first place.

And she didn’t deserve Big Mac. I dislike that all the threads are trying to vilify Big Mac for not waiting for Marble when he was single for an entire year and she didn’t do anything to try and get his attention or get with him. Didn’t even visit Ponyville.
 
Big Mac was completely in the right to look elsewhere when Marble didn’t do anything either to spark up something. Sugar Belle in essence did by constantly getting him to come deliver apples and get to know him and he started to know her in turn.
 
Cheerilee was only caused by a love potion, and Marble was at best an attraction that neither acted on both being shy.

I mean a’ight but my comment was implying that ‘chosen’ relathionships aren’t nessecarily romantic/love based, I mean Igneous and Cloudy aren’t exactly a young couple but there isn’t a lot of romance seen between them.  
So the idea is that the Pie kids fear being sorted into a loveless relationship rather then enjoying the first stages of a crush and young love .
 
Of course Igneous and Cloudy can be deeply and passionately in love, it’s just an hc of mine :V

That’s silly. Limestone just needs her time at the choosing rock and she’s good to go.

Everyone seems to think of MarbleMac drama while I just think about marble having the same worry as Limestone about being lonely (their stiff collar parents don’t exactly inspire hope in romance I guess)

Well this was implied back in season five and dropped like a rock in season 7 and this thing aired right after season 8. I should say I’m surprised that they addressed this (albeit subtly) this late in the game after ignoring it for so long.
