What if… a group of people get into an act and does something like this?
Like say, Person A plays as a schizophrenic and goes around pt and she sees hallucinations (Person B, C, etc.)? Then Person B (and others) ignores any player talking to Person A. So it would look like only Person A can see Person B (and others). A prank of sorts.

This idea sounded better in my head.
