Do you know what an informed trait is? It’s when a character is said (by the creator or other characters in-universe) to be something when their actions show otherwise. That’s Sunset with being as empathetic as so many claim she is.

Yes, it’s just too bad those feelings are never those around her are feeling. Even when jacking into their skulls (without permission, if it matters) with her geode, she gets exposition, but no apparent understanding or empathy for what those she touches were going through. That’s part of why I have to think the ‘element of empathy’ thing is a sham. :/

You know, with Sunset being the ‘Element of Empathy’ (which I’m aware is purely a fanon nickname), it’s odd that she seems to be the last to connect with people emotionally. Twilight here understood her feelings in seconds and Trixie had to spell out the problem to Sunset. TRIXIE had to spell out the problem to Sunset.
