(Getting Twilight to fix it doesn’t count.)

This is probably after the Student Six ruined Cozy’s plan at the last second and broke the effects her spell was causing on everyone. Attempting to escape to plan revenge, Cozy is blocked by Celestia and Luna who, with their magic no longer acting up because of her spell being stopped, fly/teleport in to block her with a very irate Neighsay arriving as well through his trademark portal, furious with her for her actions against pony-kind.
