Shining Armor, Cadence, Flurry Heart, Pinkie Pie, Sunset Shimmer, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Starlight Glimmer, Rarity, Spike, Jake Long and Megan Williams finally locate Twilight Sparkle/Venom (who had previously massacred Diamond Tiara and Prince Blueblood) and try to return her to normal but later things get even worse!
 
Shining Armor: “Twily! It’s me Shining Armor, remember?”
 
Pinkie Pie: “Twilight, please! Don’t do this! You can’t be Eddie Brock!”
 
Twilight: “We’re no longer Twilight Sparkle or Eddie Brock! We are…” opens wings “VENOM!”
 
Cadence: “Twilight, I’m regretting all of the decisions I made when you were still a unicorn during my Royal Wedding with your big brother best friend forever! But with that alien symbiote creature corrupting your brainpower, there’s no telling what else Venom might do if he learns to use your princess magic! I know you’re Venom but you have to fight it so Princess Celestia can get you back to normal before…”
 
Queen Chrysalis’ voice: “They say…” laughs “The true hunter is the one that is strongest of them all!”
 
Cadence: sees Chrysalis’ figure and shows anger in her heart “Chrysalis!”
 
Queen Chrysalis: “In the flesh!” laughing more “We used to have an old timing host named Cletus Kasady… but there is no Queen Chrysalis or Cletus Kasady because they’re both gone now!”
 
Shining: “What are you taking about, Changeling Queen?!”
 
Queen Chrysalis: “There will only be…” reveals herself with a red-blotched symbiote encasing her entire body “CARNAGE!” cackles
 
Cadence, Jake, Sunset Shimmer, Shining Armor, Megan, Spike, Starlight Glimmer, the Mane 5 and Flurry Heart all gasp at once!
 
Carnage Chrysalis: “Soon, Twilight Sparkle, you will die!” cackles “And let’s say, and every enemy you have reformed will die in the end!” cackles more “Celestia created these monsters, like the ones controlling us!” laughs her head off “And you know what? We both like being monsters!” again with the laughter “We are the true strong one, not Venom!”
 
TwiVenom: “Not Venom?”
 
Carnage Chrysalis: “Venom is weak but we won’t hold BACK! We will sink our teeth right into your love! We will tear you apart, piece by piece! And once Twilight Sparkle is bleeding to death, lying on the ground, seeing every single one of her enemies she and her pathetic friends reformed dead, you, Cadence Cadenza and your husband and daughter, will have our permission to die!” gets blasted by TwiVenom’s magic

TwiVenom: “LIES! We are not weak! Carnage is strong but Venom is stronger!”
 
Carnage Chrysalis: “That is your last insult to me! Now DIE!” slices TwiVenom into scraps
 
TwiVenom: cackling “Not yet!” reassembles herself and the symbiote battle begins
