The one thing that Cozy would have in her favor, again assuming she’s an actual pony filly, and not some weird freakish magical creature disguised as a filly…  
Would be her age and total disregard for anything other than herself.  
She’s probably quicker at forming manipulative plans and would probably have no problem finding out what T-rex’s weakness are and either poisoning him or simply stabbing him with an actual knife.  
Or since the poor Cockatriece is in there with them, could you imagine her using it to petrify him and just shattering him?  
Could you imagine if the princess enter Tartarus to check on Cozy Glow, only to find her cage empty and Tirek dead?
