That’s the Sanctified Lightsworn Plate Armor Set from The Icecrown Citadel Raid, specifically its the 25-Man Heroic variant (the 10-man Normal and the 25-man Normal variants are Green and Red respectively), the shield is the Lost Pavaise of the Blue Dragonflight also from the 25-man Heroic Icecrown Citadel. And That’s THE Val’anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings: a Legendary 1-Handed Mace for Healer Classes like Priests, Shamans, and Paladins that was part of the Wrath of the Lich King Expansion. In order to get it, you have to create it first. To start you have to run through the Ulduar Raid and find 30 Fragments of Val’anyr that drop from the various Raid Bosses inside of the Instance (the chance is completely random, so expect to only find at most 3 per weekly run of the Raid), after gathering the pieces and forging them into the hammer, you have to toss it into the open mouth of Yogg-Saron in order to solidify the fragments and create the Hammer.
