To quote: Bees play an important role in pollinating flowering plants, and are the major type of pollinator in ecosystems that contain flowering plants. It is estimated that one third of the human food supply depends on insect pollination, most of which is accomplished by bees, especially the domesticated European honey bee.

Likewise, Almost every pest insect species has at least one wasp species that preys upon it or parasitizes it, making wasps critically important in natural control of their numbers, or natural biocontrol. Parasitic wasps are increasingly used in agricultural pest control as they prey mostly on pest insects and have little impact on crops.

Personally, I don’t like any of them but without them humans and the ecosystem would be royally screwed.

Bees and wasps being worse? I couldn’t agree more. Spiders actually help around the house by getting rid of other, more annoying insects like flies and mosquitoes.

Wasps (and to a lesser extent bees) on the other hand have no place in this world. >:(

I just don’t understand why people are so afraid of spiders. Sure I don’t think they’re cute but seriously they are far more afraid of people then we should be of them. Now bees and wasps, that’s different.

If not for my arachnophobia, I’d like to see My Little Spider.

Pinkie would be a jumping spider, Rarity a black widow, Applejack a Tarantula, Rainbow Dash a giant house spider, Twilight a portia spider, and Fluttershy a funnel-web spider.
