Exactly.
Though as a vegetarian myself and the source material mentioning the ponies as such, and displaying ponies in various episodes having an ovo-lacto vegetarian diet by default, I can see why the headcanon of Sunset keeping such a diet after she left Equestria would make sense.

The sushi she had with her that she gave to Flash sure wasn’t vegetarian.
I was already aware of that the head canon just keeps getting more nails in the coffin
Well, technically her job at a sushi restaurant should be the bigger controversy on that front. Yes, I know there are vegetarian options at a place like that, but still.
It’s a bit of a spectrum where they all argue over what it means but in general Vegetarian is usually “we shouldn’t kill animals just to feed ourselves, so fruit and vegetables and things that don’t kill animals like milk and eggs are okay”. Vegans are usually “we shouldn’t kill or exploit animals, so fruit and vegetables but no milk or eggs or wearing leather.”
No idea, but it’s still an animal product, so I imagine it’s not wholly vegetarian.
Not eating eggs is a vegan thing, isn’t it?
