To be fair that is true, and personally I think Eevee would make a way better mascot then Pikachu:

It has 8 different evolutions to choose from
It’s a Normal type that can become Grass, Fire, Water, Electric, Ice, Psychic, Dark and Fairy
It has a simple design which everyone can recognize
also I think it’s a million times cuter

I think Eevee without evolving has many incredible attacks! I think it’s better than having Pikachu, although I’m not sure
