Could be, and that’s what I thought at first as well, but it didn’t made sense to me why they would misspell it on purpose (based on other tumblr entries artist is either russian or knows the language well enough). However, in the same tumblr post where this came from there are two images, one has a semi random sequences of repeating “4” and “3” and another one have sequence of “4343434343444433333”. So, maybe it is ment to be “forty three”, but why misspelled though?
About the translation. I figured out what was written on the previous one, and based on that my guess is that it says “cork tree” written in russian letters. I don’t know what it is about, last one was about Night in the Woods, but cork tree doesn’t seem related to that, so… that’s all I’ve got. Cork tree!

Or it could be erroneously spelled Russian for “forty three” (сорок три)…
