yep exactly just like Trixie being trans. It won’t change anything. If you like her for what she is, the fact that she may be trans should not change anything, except if you find being transgender something problematic. And in the absurd hypotesys that it may be canon, if you stop liking her because she is trans you should have to make a couple of questions to yourself.  
For some reasons there are problems with this headcanon for many people, the same people who don’t find problems with “Dashie being lesbian” headcanon and “Lyrabon lesbianism” headcanon. The fact is that people are for the most part disgusted by the idea of a transgender more then from a lesbian couple. Ask yourself a couple of questions now.

Thank you. I don’t have a problem with it being their headcanon, but them acting like others are silly for not thinking that their headcanon is canon is annoying.

All characters go through different changes and developments while being created. Doesn’t mean anything. Trixie was going to be male, but ended up being female. Doesn’t mean Trixie is a boy now, nor does it make Trixie transgender. Hell Rainbow Dash was going to be pink, and modeled after Firefly, and Pinkie Pie was going to be a white pegasus with a blonde mane. I think all the mane six, outside of maybe Twilight and Applejack had a different look to them. Doesn’t change anything about who the characters now.

It’s not stated anywhere that she is not Trans, only the fact that “not transgender” is considered the default for some reasons.  
By the way I don’t care so much, keep thinking Trixie the way you want. She is, sadly, a fictional character afterall.

Let me guess, you’re going to claim that she’s transgender when it’s just a change to her design early on in the creation of the character. And if I’m unlucky, you’ll act like it’s actually canon and not just your headcanon/fancanon.
