Took some fiddling with the calculator, but I think I did it right.

Oh, that’s right. I missed the negative in the final exponent.
100 × ∛0.2⁻³ + √√5 × 25 × 5 0.75 = 2² × 5² × ((5⁻¹)⁻³) 1/3 + 5 1/4 × 5² × 5 3/4 =
= 4 × 5² × (5³) 1/3 + 5² × 5 1/4+3/4 = 4 × 5² × 5¹ + 5² × 5¹ = (4 + 1) × 5³ = 5 × 5³ = 5⁴
Denominator:
⁴√125 × √0.2⁵ ÷ 5 -0.25 = (5³) 1/4 × ((5⁻¹)⁵) ½ ÷ 5 -1/4 =
= 5 3/4 × (5⁻⁵) 1/2 × 5 1/4 = 5 3/4+1/4 × 5 -5/2 = 5 × 5 -5/2 = 5 -3/2
The result:
