“Partnered with IDW Publishing, Hasbro will release an anthology of comics, written, illustrated and edited by women next year, celebrating the Hasbro characters loved by girls. And not just the obvious ones — in addition to My Little Pony and Jem and the Holograms, stories inspired by G.I. Joe and Transformers will be included.
Entitled Synergy: A Hasbro Creators Showcase, the collection features autobiographical works by Mairghread Scott (Batgirl, Transformers: Till All Are One) and Katie Cook (My Little Pony). Each will be infused with the respective author’s experiences with the Hasbro toys. In addition to these autobiographical works, there will be original comics inspired by groundbreaking female characters Dawn Moreno (G.I. Joe) and Windblade (Transformers), as well as the girl-power rock band Jem and the Holograms.”
I genuinely have no idea what the names of the Joe/Transformers/Jem characters are, please help with the tags.

That’s because she’s a fan driven character.
Well it wouldn’t take much to turn EQG into a Hasbroverse.
Oh.
Time for a pony included reboot then.
And that universe ended with Unicron.
They already have a comic crossover of all their products. Except ponies for some reason.
It’s Autobiographies of Female Comic Book artist and their relations to the Brands, aka there employers? That sounds Questionable.
And Girl Power Stories, all written and Illustrated “purposefully” by Females; And Purposefully Marketed by their Gender. That’s Disrespectful to Women, by being relegated to a Gimmick.
That being said I dislike the Marketing, But I do look forward to the Potential of this Anthology series, whatever it is.

Fingers crossed we get an Arcee x Aileron story.
Disappointing on the lack of pony but hey new Transformers works for me.
New stories for Joe/Transformers/Jem. Pony gets an autobiographical comic(?) about Katie Cook.
