1 - In my headcanon, most of the lands that formerly belonged to Griffonstone have become mostly autonomous in the wake of the Arimaspi’s attack, and while it could be possible to reunite them, they’d be starting off from a very reduced power base. they’d probably lay the groundwork, but the rest would be finished by their descendants.
