This is sorta like those “Galactus vs. any cosmic being” threads, it depends on if Cheeselegs is fed or not. If fed, she wins. If she’s not fed, NMM wins.

Hard to say. A well fed Chrysalis defeated Celestia. NMM was defeated by Celestia, though while the latter wielded the elements. But then again she either scared off or nullified Celestia in e01s02.

Crystalis vs NMM?  
Ouch that’s like saying a Dragon vs Fluttershy.  
Sure the dragon is big and scary like crystalis but really a huge pushover compared to NightMare Moon.

1 vs 1 fight and Chrysalis without cheating steroids (draining love from powerful unicorn for days)
 
Nightmare Moon wins easily (either it could be quite balanced/awesome fight)
 
lightning magic, illusions, fear, multiplication spell, razor sharp shadow mist, shapeshift, weather control
 
Chrysalis is fucked hard since compared to Celestia, Nightmare would don’t care if she kill bug queen in fight.
