(It’s Hearth’s Warming Eve, and Alyssa Rice and Friends are getting ready for a party over at Twilight’s Castle when they hear a knock on the door.)
 
Alyssa Rice: Who’s that?
 
Juno: So, what are you waiting for? Open it up!
 
Alyssa Rice: Okay! (walks over to the door to open it) Are you… [gasps]
 
Black Laurel: [shyly] Hi~!
 
Alyssa Rice: Black Laurel? Oh my gosh, I haven’t seen you in a while! Where have you been?
 
Black Laurel: I was at Canterlot working on my gothic winter fashions. Of course, this doesn’t look goth to you, but it’s the nicest thing I have.
 
Alyssa Rice: It doesn’t matter to me. Goth or not, I think you’re still beautiful.
 
Black Laurel: [begins to blush] Oh my, that’s… actually sweet of you. Thanks!
 
Alyssa Rice: Anytime, Laurel.
 
Black Laurel: While you’re at it, Alyssa.
 
Alyssa Rice:
 
Anthony: Why are you guys taking so long? We’ve got a party to go, remember?
 
Alyssa Rice: By the way, we’re having a party over a Twilight’s. You can come with us if you’d like.
 
Black Laurel: Really? That’s amazing! Happy Hearth’s Warming, Alyssa.
 
Alyssa Rice: You too, Laurel.

Yep, I didn’t forget Black Laurel, she’s still my OC.
 
If you don’t know, she’s the daughter of Lord Draven, the Pegasus stallion who had nearly imprison the Jungle Kingdom in darkness. Alyssa Rice often looks up to her as a role model despite Laurel’s troubled past.
