Description
Equestrian Starlight Glimmer - Beast/LVL-4/Light/Effect
Effect: If you have less cards in your hand and field combined, and at least 2000 LP less than your opponent: You can Special Summon this card (From your hand). If Summoned this way, draw 2 cards and gain 1500 LP. You can only Special Summon “Equestrian Starlight Glimmer” once per turn this way. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 2 monsters on the field; add their total amount ATK together and distribute it evenly among the targeted monsters.
You can play this card freely on Duelingbook. I’ll even upload a few decklists that I’ve made just to get a basic feel of how the cards work. You’ll be able to change them to your liking.
