this is Solestia Glimmers! she’s a very old.. very experienced Alicorn. She’s sweet as most royalty in Equestria goes with one thing.. after all this time she still has no clue how to run any type of kingdom, so instead she goofs off. doing what she pleases and generally staying out of people’s way on a big ol floating paradise of her own creation.
 
and that’s what her powers are, she can terraform and bend the earth to her own shapes, creating lush forests and beautiful scenery. But due to her being slightly introverted not many ponies see it.
