An Absolute Unit is someone that is so massive (not necessarily fat or obese, just in reference to mass) that they become their own unit (something looked at or regarded as complete but can be apart of something much larger). To be an Absolute Unit, one can look at all the body builders that frequent a particular gym and consider the largest one the Absolute Unit of the body builders there. They, in this example, are the absolute result. The largest or most massive one can be.
 
Whoa Nelly is the largest pony, by mass, that we’ve seen in the physical Equestria. She is therefor the Absolute Unit of ponies.
