Also, Aristotle once believed all thoughts and emotions came from the heart (in which he is actually kinda right, considering that there has been cases of heart transplant recipient patients obtaining “cellular memory” of their personality, skills and interests of the donor)

Fun fact: The symmetrical heart shape we are all familiar with actually comes from the seed of the now-extinct Silphium plant, which was used traditionally as a perfume and an aphrodisiac. The north African city of Cyrene had a lucrative trade in the rare plant, and we know this is what they looked like because it was stamped into their currency.
