After seeing what Pony Life is really like, I agree with you here about them both being good shows that each have its own charm.

In the chinese characters, ‘Filly Funtasia’ is ‘小马菲莉之缤纷仙境’ and ‘小马菲莉’.  
Even if nobody here really needed it, still.
 

We have both. Twilight is alright. It’s just the show won’t get any new seasons but as long as there will be dvds and our memories, Twi will be alright. ^^=  
Also, I wouldn’t say that ‘Filly Funtasia’ (also known as ‘Filly’ tv-series - the news from 2012, ‘Filly Funtasia: The Academy Of magic’ - the ukrainian dubs’ title of the show, or ‘Little Filly: Colorful Wonderland’ or ‘Little filly: Colorful Fairy Wonderland’ - the title ‘FF’ got in chinese dub) or ‘Pony Life’ is better than the other one, each one has its own charm. And is well done. Etc.

Given the recently-released animated shorts, Pony Life could become the victor.
 
Before Pony Life was first announced, my interest in Filly Funtasia was slowly disappearing; I had returned to the “look once every few months” routine. However, it was because of Pony Life’s early opinions that I decided to return to keeping a very close eye. This time, not only on Filly Funtasia, but also on Pony Life as well.

I’m using “fortunate” as a loose description. Pony Life still looks at least slightly better than Filly Funtasia.

Fortunately, there will still be new My Little Pony content in 2020. Season 10 would appear in comic form, and there will be another show, titled “Pony Life”, to air on Discovery Family.

Airtimes can change if it gets an English release.

This message is long. And every my ‘it’s probably’ is my guess so it’s not the official news unfortunately.
 
…It’s possible the reruns are here for a very short time considering they (the channel) promised two episodes a day as the part of these reruns. There are thirteen episodes we’ve had. It may mean that when the channel will show these eps, we’ll either get to see the rest of the season (13 episodes too) or will get the news ‘oops, we are working on the episodes’. Or maybe the creators will create an english version to these thirteen episodes (it’s not a good idea to me but… okay) and will show to the children and if it will be popular they will produce the rest. Everything is possible especially considering what we’ve been through. Sometimes it’s not logical but still, everything happened and is a part of the history. Maybe nobody could predict the new ‘My Little Pony’ movie or ‘Equestria Girls’ being created and this situation looks like it’s an unpredictable one as well.  
When the creating of this tv-series started - maybe 2011 or 2012, but from what is known, probably, the first promo appeared in 2012 or early 2013. The first promo said ‘in production’ and the date for premiering back then was just ‘2014’. Then it was delayed, and so on. Some scenes were redone, and we can see that in the episodes that were aired this year.  
The episodes are not 26 minutes long as was announced, more like 23-25 (with the opening and ending). Two specials were stated having ~70-75 minutes or so. They were (are?) based on the stories for toylines ‘Buttefly’ and ‘Stars’ of the ‘Filly’ series. If ‘Filly Funtasia’ actually has a full season of 26 episodes, then these specials may be redone as two standart episodes. If it’s true then it will essentially mean: -two episodes that were announced aren’t finished and will never air whatever the stage of production they were, -the two episodes of these 26 were planned but never actually had a stories and possibly had only the titles or even with no titles at all just stated as existing in the list of the eps, -after a company and a studio that were planning to distrubing and making this tv-series couldn’t do so by various reasons, the ones who got this project next simply planned less episodes. Not ‘26 and a two specials’ but ‘only 26’ or so. Or even 13 if we won’t have what was promised. Bug again, having these specials as the standart episodes is still better, they have a big potential.

…But ponies are still alright despite the show will have a last seaon this year. Nothing has happened or will happen to Twilight, or to anypony else. No reason to abandon the favorite cartoon.  
And…  
No show will replace another. Every cartoon is unique. If there’s similarities, it doesn’t mean every cartoon is the same or a copy of another.  
Besides, fillys are actually not the horses or ponies. They just look horselike. Maybe they just took this form so they appear like the horses. I don’t know why though. But one of the creators said in short who fillys are.  
This comic actually has a good idea of being friends with ponies and fillys. Not the ‘need to replace’ idea, just everyone being together. I like that.  
Also… no, ‘Filly Funtasia’ should have at least 26 episodes, and maybe two specials as we’ve been told. I assume the reruns of old episodes started just because maybe the creators need to see if the show is popular or not. I doubt they are still working on the show, creating the rest of episodes but this still can be possible. Why it is aring in the Italy… I don’t know and maybe only the creators know that. But I hope we will get to know more, too.

I don’t hate Filly Funtasia, but it’s still far from being as good as what you call “garbage”.

The animation is pretty awful, though. The fillies’ facial expressions are good, true, but their walking motion is all disjointed, like old-fashioned stop-motion animation. That and you can clearly see where they cut corners animating the (otherwise quite impressive artwork) background.

It’s far from the worst show ever. It’s not even the worst cartoon horse show (not while Corn and Peg is around)
 
Also, they look more like real horses than the ponies in MLP.

I would have thought him waking up with Filly Funtasia’s Princess Sparkle might have been better. But not Filly Funtasia’s Twilight. Green is such an awful, awful color.

We do, but the last seasons on MLP have been such garbage literally anything with cute-enough horses is a welcomed breath of fresh air.

You people do realize that Filly Funtasia will be done airing before Season 9 is even three episodes in?

I’ve seen the episodes with the subtitles and they are nothing like Dora. There is no looking at the screen and talking really slowly while asking the audience questions for the sake of some “edutainment”. There is in fact no edutainment whatsoever in the show.

They are not horses, they are badly animated cardboard figures that vaguely look like horses

It’s the worst possible show ever but you can’t realize it yet cause it’s in Italian  
But trust me, the dialogues level with Dora the explorer ones and you cans ee for yourself the animations, magnetic hooves or jpegs of books printed on the character to make it hold it

Not quite sure about the artist, maybe it’s plunger.

Porco dio, I prefer to kill myself.

Really hits you where it hurts.
