I find it equally bizarre that you want to come to the conclusion that this guy is her bf when we don’t even who he is (I mean hell his face is even obscured by Pinkie’s hair) or if we’re ever going to see him again. He looks fairly irrelevant.  
The guy could just be a friend she’s hanging out with, that’s really all I see from this. I mean if you don’t want to ship Lyra x Bon Bon then go ahead, I don’t particularly care about it either but we need something more to go off of.

They stated that they couldn’t have a confirmed same-gender couple in MLP because it would be banned in numerous countries.
 
This actually proved me right in saying Lyra and Bon Bon are just best friends and will never be anything more. (The user was attempting to say they were, but ended up proving me right.)
