But oya to make it fit into the SCP universe better the ocean needs to be in a parallel dimension where the ocean itself is sentient and capable of communication through the positioning of a specific type of fish that normally organizes itself into schools. Each complete school of fish organizes itself into binary code that Brownie Bun can understand because she actually grew up with fish in Equestria that have a psychic link to the fish of this dimension and she actually gets cooking recipes from them.  
The reason all of her meals burst into flames is because she tries cooking in 7 dimensions and fire does not exist in the parallel dimension. In that dimension it’s perfectly normal for water to be folded into 7 dimensions.

Personally, my own headcanon, and this is after reading tons of SCP Foundation stuff, Richard’s house just has way too much anomalous activity going on.  
You see an adorable pony trying out her scuba gear in the kitchen sink? That’s cute and all..  
I mean if Richard goes and checks it out, it’s just the sink, right?  
The moment Brownie Bun jumps in, suddenly the sink quadruples in its interior dimensions.  
But mind you she’s still in the sink, should Richard panic thinking that somehow the disposal is going to activate and fish his wife out, he can.  
But the moment she boops the sinks plug, she’s immediately getting sucked into a whirlpool and getting transported into the belly of an anomalous whale who after sufficient tickling of his uvula will spit Brownie Bun 20 feet into the air where she’s capable of doing a perfect back flip on to the whales flipper where’s she is sent flying off to epic ocean explorations!

I don’t think we’ve ever seen Brownie in an archery competition. This comes to mind since I’ve been watching the 50s Robin Hood show lately.

I think all of us tried this once in the bathtub when we were kids.

It’s also good to see that she hasn’t been forgotten. I appreciate the lewd stuff as much as anyone, but I have been missing Brownie Bun, too.
