Well I also wonder that there was no equestria human unicorn horn rarity either because twilight sparkle human is not princess like twilight sparkle is real then rarity, twilight sparkle, sunset shimmer no horns !.

EqG Twilight’s “pony-up” is a temporary transformation, thus Sci-Twi’s normal form in Equestria is “unicorn”, not “alicorn”. She never ascended, after all.

When they pony up she just uses equestrian magic, but she did nothing to earn wings in her pony form, it’s not like everything that happens to the pony part has to happen to the human one too, remember that twilight is a unicorn who turned alicorn

Because Daydream Shimmer was not Sunset ponying up, it is a completely separate transformation caused by the magic of the Elements of Harmony and does not reflect her pony form. Another key thing is the fact that Daydream Shimmer does not possess physical wings, her wings are made of magic.
