According to the artist who requested this flag, blue is for the masculine gender, red is for the feminine, sky blue is for life, and green is for fertility. The flag looks like that of a country proud of its traditions, something like that of Russian Karelia or the Gambia.
The artist got it from another artist on the site, that didn’t like the black and white ones. I guess until most people decide on one heterosexual pride flag, just about any design (that already isn’t a flag, that is) could be one, but it seems that most people are leaning towards the blue, white, and pink one or a black and white one.
