Imagine if each of them did took over Equestria (my opinion):  
King Sombra: Many creatures become slaves. The resistance would led by Spike, he’ll play the hero if Sombra is at the throne.  
Queen Chrysalis: Many creatures become breeding / love farm. Now the best resistance is lead by Thorax.  
Flurry Heart: Chaotic and punkish, many foals would opposes adults as too much of free thinkers, I think? The resistance would be led by Cadance, who will shows her responsibility of her mistaken parenting along with Shining Armor.  
Starlight Glimmer: Equestria would split into North Equestria and South Equestria, her lair would be in the North Equestria, and the town would be renamed into Ponyang. South Equestria would form heavy magical barrier and offers many military services. See here. (Best one)  
Spike: Spike would claim as many females and cuckify males and make other males jealous of his harem. His greed would increase the size. The resistance would led by Discord for stealing Fluttershy and Twilight from him.

Not hating on Starlight, she’s cool and all, but why is Spike considered the fool? He never stole anyone’s cutiemark or tried to erase anyone from existence just because his childhood friend got their cutiemark first and went to a better school than him.

The Fool represents new beginnings, having faith in the future, being inexperienced, not knowing what to expect, having beginner’s luck, improvisation and believing in the universe.

I thought they intended that Spike was a Fool because of all the crap he keeps putting up with. More seriously I do know what it means in ‘classic’ Tarot. Who doesn’t these days when the once-hidden mysteries of the occult are on a million webpages?

Spike’s card actually isn’t an insult. From what I understand, the Fool represents a black slate of a person who has yet to understand anything, and is taking his first steps on a journey. Like Luke Skywalker while he’s still on Tatooine.
