-can give your opponent a concussion if yeeted hard enough
CPU-controlled characters. MUGEN character creators do have to program AI for the characters, which can lead to pretty wide differences in how good the AI is. Most MLP characters are by an author named Moku, who is quite good at that sort of thing, so the ponies tend to blow other characters out of the water.

Pretty sure it’s AI vs AI. Also different fighters have different AI skill.
Also, this would be less boring if it was pro against pro.
