Ruwa is best waifu.
I know how that feels. I have been there in the past. And I know when one feels that way it is hard to believe, but, as long as one lives, refusing to give up is the way to something better. Pain becomes motivation and power if one refuses to give up.  
There is nothing wrong with asking for help, even from complete strangers.  
There is always the possibility to improve unless one’s body dies out, and there is always someone willing to help, even if it is just with words of kindness.
