It would be interesting, having these three become something resembling friends.
If they do, then they might get an interesting ending.
But hey, for those of us that wanted irredeemable villains, Sombra died firmly in that category, and I think it’s a given that Grogar is in the “irredeemable” category too.
Would be a bit too unexpected even for my tastes if Grogar somehow ended up being the only one to even somewhat reform.
“Golly-gee, this is one of my favorites! Come on Chrissy, sing along! Admit you know the words!”
Tirek, Chrysalis (slowly singing along, groaning) “Make a new friend every day…”
Or maybe, just maybe, they become friends and STILL remain evil villains, thus subverting the entire premise of the show.
It’s the final season after all; the writers have nothing to keep them from throwing everything out the window.
If they do, then they might get an interesting ending.

Edited because: Why did I type "catalyst" instead of "category"
Tirek, Chrysalis (slowly singing along, groaning) “Make a new friend every day…”
Edited
“Make a new friend every day,
learn a brand new game to play.
See the world a whole new way,
when you make a new friend every day.”
What does that have to do with anything?
