But I doubt that any of those were really guarded. All Rainbow needed to find was a unlocked window in the case of the Ponyville Houses and Hospital, while the Weather Factory was nowhere near the level Canterlot Castle had during this ep- with the way Shining’s security enhancements are presented, the Castle could have been easily broken into prior, and I doubt the a factory would that level of security.

Let’s be honest. That’s makes absolutely no sense since everypony is still using magic in close proximity to the stones.
Mire like they changed their properties so nobody can teleport in. That’s it. Otherwise levitation wouldn’t be working.
is not as big as Canterlot Castle let alone she did not have
any guards compared to Celestia,Luna Castle so technically knowing
Starlight Glimmer wont fair any better considering with all the security
Shining Armor implemented not to mention she doesn’t even know the ins and
outs of Canterlot Castle which would make this whole conversation moot.
All it does is prevent magic from being used on the castle, it doesn’t prevent magic from being used around, or in, the castle.
She was able to use the strengths of Discord, Trix and Thorax to sneak them all through Chrys’ castle. Her only road block was actually destroying the throne.

The guards used pieces from Chrysalis’ throne to make an anti magic defense, and given Starlight’s biggest strenght usually comes from her magic, I don’t think it would have worked.
Then I’ll rephrase:
