“Hey mom! Have you seen that?!”, Stormcloud asked excited.
“Oh yes I have! You doin’ good, Whirlwind!”, her mom Lightning Dust answered.
“Well I have to improve myself… I have to push myself to the limit!!!”
“I know that feeling, Stormy. Feels good, right?”
“OH YES! That thrill…! Oh there is no better feeling!”
“There is no doubt you’re my daughter!”, Lightning Dust said proudly and rubbed her head.
“But there could be a doubt you’re my mother! C’mon you old mule! Ready for Round Two?!”, Stormcloud teased her mother.
“You sassy filly you! Okay, let’s see what you can do!”, she said and they flew away together through all the dangerous obstacles.

Stormcloud and her mother have a pretty good relationship. They were very close together all the time. She is also pretty good with her father, but he has to care more about her younger sister and her older brother and he isn’t really a adrenalin-junkie. Not anymore. So he can’t really help her to reach her goal, to step in her mothers hoofsteps and become the captain of The Washouts.
