@mjangelvortex
Yeah. I’m thinking of trying drawing them to kind of face my fears sort of thing, but I decide to google up some reference pictures and I like immediately nope out XD
@Badumsquish
That’s rather sweet. Your dad sounds really nice.
And I agree with you on the whole phobia thing. I know my phobia of spiders, as well as some of my other ones, are silly and irrational but those things just still scare me anyways. I’m just glad that I’m able to still enjoy them from a distance or looking at pictures and videos of them. Even though they creep me out, I still find them rather cute.
@mjangelvortex
Yeah. He had this real Crocodile Hunter mentality going on where all living things deserved understanding and respect, and only condoned killing animals either for food or as an absolute necessity. I remember too that all animals seemed to like him, so there’s definitely something to his mindset. He even had this trick where he could charm hornets; if one started buzzing around him he could get it to land on his finger and then fly away without stinging him :D
@Ping_chan
Yeah. It’s purely a phobia for me. I’m even totally aware it’s silly but it’s just something I’ve never been able to shake XD
@Badumsquish
That’s rather precious. I’m rather respectful of animals too but I’m really scared of insects and spiders (but I’m perfectly fine with looking at pictures and videos of them).
@Chicago Ted
Yeah. I’ve always really loved animals. My dad was intense about how important it was to be nice and respectful of animals. I don’t even like to kill bugs. Even spiders, which I absolutely am terrified of, I’ll catch and put outside XD
@mjangelvortex
Going for people’s drinks is probably the quickest way to get people to scoop him up. I was making a fuss over him the whole time and he never even thought to go after mine XD
@genervt
The funny part is the cat in the bar that did this I’m pretty sure only did it to get attention. It was seriously the friendliest cat I’d ever seen XD
That cats put spiders in cups of chocolate milk and then pushes the cup off of the table?
Yeah. I’m thinking of trying drawing them to kind of face my fears sort of thing, but I decide to google up some reference pictures and I like immediately nope out XD

Rather true but Badumsquish doesn’t mind us getting off topic in some of his pictures.
It’s a pretty old classic, but when you mention spiders laying eggs, that was the first thing that came to my mind. :p
I haven’t played it, nor do I know much about it.
No known spider species, that I am aware of, have that type of parasitic behavior. Wasps do, though. And they do it on spiders.
Yeah, I remember. A single bite from one of those will knock your health down to 1.
Remember Half Life 2 and the zombies that carry the poison head crabs on their backs?
As long as they don’t lay eggs in your body that is.
The thing is that when it comes to spiders, they eat other annoying bugs, so I totally allow spiders to live in my house. :p

Hey, a drink and a new friend ain’t a bad deal.
Going for people’s drinks is probably the quickest way to get people to scoop him up. I was making a fuss over him the whole time and he never even thought to go after mine XD
Some cats do “asshole” things purely for attention or because they’re bored so I believe you that he was a friendly kitty.
@mjangelvortex
It might contain chocolate milk. Thing is I drove 9 bloody hours straight and I needed a drink XD
@GenericArchangel
She has a history of knocking over drinks XD
@genervt

Cat: “its not my fault.”
Don’t you even think about it.
