Right off the bat, I didn’t make this model, it was Gen-ma who made these wings as part of a Rainbow Dash model here.  
However, there are a couple of problems with his model, those problems being the bone hierarchy (some of the feathers move with the wrong bones of the spine) and the UV mapping only allows for simple single-colour wings (which is fine in most cases), but also, if you wanted to use his wings on a different model than Rainbow Dash, you would need to do some extra bone parenting and scaling to do that.
 
With all that in mind, I have (at least attempted) to fix those problems, making it bonemergeable, making the default skin white and paintable, and adding a few other skins for Twilight, Fluttershy, Rainbow and Derpy. It also has the presets readjusted for the new bone hierarchy (the new presets will appear under a different tab than Gen-ma’s original model to hopefully avoid confusion).
 
Packed with the model is also the UV maps so you can hopefully easier and further customise it for your character.
 
NB: No idea if this will work by default with the male models, as this was made for female models in mind.
