So Bizarre Song is a Pegasus owning a magical cloak, its enhanced to be invulnerable to most magic. As a trick, he sometimes wrap it around his baseball bat to knock spells right back at their owner.
Altho here it seems more like he is going for a homerun. Or maybe he is doing some tag team attacks targeting something in the sky, that would be pretty badass.
