Yeah. Actually. We can see from this short Dash isn’t arrogant as her haters see. Nope. She’s amazing girl with a pure heart

She has come a long way since the brash, “Awesome As I Wanna Be” loudmouth who cheated at videogames to avoid losing, the girl we saw to start with. She was a hero then too, of course, who would’ve cheerfully sacrificed her life for Sunset at the Friendship Games - but in this short we see her doing the little things, as well: saving a child’s ice-cream, stopping a friend from tripping over a dog and dropping her cakes. Small acts of compassion and responsibility which distinguish a brave and loyal braggart from a true hero.

This song was really good in a lot of ways. It suggests that Dash feels as though she’s having to hold back most of the time since she got her powers, and it’s dispiriting for such a passionate person. I didn’t expect her song to have such a melancholy side.
