I could see a follow up where Yona is hugging Sanbar… just a tad too tight. Leaving Sandbar with a dizzy expression as a wispy spirit version of him attempts to escape from his mouth, causing Yona to panic in a comic fassion.

Well as I mentioned before about the part of Yakistanis being akin to viking culture the whole idea came to me while I was watching the music video “Raven’s Flight” by Amon Amarth. I got to thinking to myself “yeah, I could see a yak/viking metal band existing in this realm of existence.”

I’ve brought this up before in another thread about how I think Yakistanis are more akin to viking culture. But I feel that this depiction of Yona really hits it out of the park. Her atire just seems to have a Nordic look about her, not to mention how her height and frame seem to indicate an upbringing out in the frigid wilderness. It’s like beneath that coat is solid muscle which also accentuates her overall frame. But I also like how the artist kept her features feminine rather than just making her out to be like some increadibly shredded Amazon. It just wouldn’t fit quite right in a pic like this.
