Description

Photographic portrait of Julius Applebee. Colonel in the Confederate Army and owner of a very successful Apple Plantation and one of the first incarnations of Sweet Apple Acres, which was located near Richmond in the state of virginia. He is the progenitor of the Apple Family, and the Last generation of the Pearmain family, whom arrived in America in 1607 as part of the Jamestown Colonists.

He was Lost in battle in the Civil War. Nobody knew exactly who killed him but it’s said that a Union Lieutenant and Pear Farmer by the name of Williams Pear killed him in cold blood.

Notes:

  • Pearmain is the name of a cultivar of apple grown in England. It’s not related to the pear family

  • I’m trying to import the pear/apple feud from Fim onto EqG, though here, it started under different circumstances.

  • Applejack is a direct descendant of Julius Applebee.

When fanmade lore is much deeper than the online shorts and specials Hasbro produces

The Pear feud was dumb because the land was given to the Apple Family by CELESTIA HERSELF. Also, it was a trite Romeo and Juliet story, which is so fucking tired.
