I’m getting the impression that he does, too, deep down. He probably wouldn’t admit it if you asked him now though, lol.
From moments like him caring to explain who Grogar is to Cozy, and more importantly not shutting down attempts to hide behind him, in the premiere, to how he yelled at Cozy to “Hurry!” when she was getting the bell behind the barrier.
