Maybe. I also don’t know if the downvoters hate LGBT+ people or just hate the vocal minority.
Personally, I used to think LGBT+ pride was a silly thing. Then I realize it’s necessary, at least right now, not because we want to shove our lifestyles in people’s faces, but because we don’t want to be ashamed of who we are. Social shaming for being LGBT+ is still real, though it’s lessening thanks to positive support and months like this where we can band together and be proud of who we are.

Wonder how many of the downvoters actually know what does the purple-greyscale flag stand for. I assume they straight up ignored the content once they spotted the rainbow background.

Technically i can have sex with someone, but that would mostly mean i would have to have a VERY deep bond with that person if i were to have sex with them. therefore making me a demisexual.so please refrain yourself for making fun of me.

You can use a filter if you don’t want to see pride month posts (by blocking the tag “pride month”). You have to sign up to use filters though.
You don’t have to participate if you don’t want to. I wouldn’t travel for a month, but I’m not going to complain about other people doing it.
